Some personal background:
My interest in the line of Nash, Rambler, and AMC cars is inherited, as I was always around them as I grew up. My father has a collection of about 25 Nashes and Ramblers ranging from a 1928 Nash rumble seat coupe (which was my lead wedding procession car), to a 1971 Ambassador which he bought new. My first car was a 1961 Rambler American and I've had since then a 66 Amb DPL, a 63 American, and a couple of 65 Classics. I found a 1967 RHD Postal Issue Ambassador, but it needs restoration. I have been attending Nash meets since 1971, and since I was 16 have driven my 1948 Nash Ambassador coupe which was featured in the Jan/Feb/Mar 1998 issue of American Independent Magazine.
